How to reach
the University of Salerno

By Plane

Capodichino airport (Naples):
  1. From the airport travelers may arrive  to the University of Salerno or to Salerno central station by bus (autolinee SITA)
  2. From the airport travelers may arrive to Naples central station  by bus (autolinee Alibus)  

By Train

 
  • Travelers may arrive to Naples Central Station through High speed or traditional train services supplied by Trenitalia (Trenitalia website) or Italo (ITALO website), then they may take the BUS from Via Galileo Ferraris (300 meters far from Naples Central Station) or take a taxi.
  • Travelers may arrive to  Salerno Central Station through High speed or traditional train services supplied by Trenitalia (Trenitalia website) or Italo (ITALO website), then they may take the BUS from Vittorio Veneto Square or take a taxi.

By Car

 
  • Coming from the North on the direction of Rome/Caserta/Naples via A30, you can use a dedicated exit labeled “Avellino” and then take the “Fisciano Nord” exit, which connects to the local road (Via Giovanni Paolo II) and allows access to all the parking facilities supporting the university campuses.
  • Coming from the North on the Avellino route (RA2), you can also use the dedicated “Avellino” exit and then take the “Fisciano Nord” exit, connecting to the local road (Via Giovanni Paolo II) and providing access to all the parking facilities supporting the university campuses.
  • If you’re coming from the South via A2, you have two dedicated exits available. The first one is “Fisciano Sud – University of Salerno,” located at the end of the A2 highway, offering direct access to the multi-story parking area. The second exit, “Fisciano Nord – University of Salerno,” is situated just after entering the RA2 “Salerno-Avellino” junction and provides direct access to the parking facilities supporting all the university campuses.

  • From Naples – Via Ferraris – 300 meters from Naples Central Station
